Seller Agreement

Welcome to PacifyKart. This Seller Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between PacifyKart and You (the Vendor/Seller) who registers to sell products on our platform. By registering as a seller, you agree to the terms mentioned below.


1. Eligibility to Become a Seller

To register as a vendor on PacifyKart, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide valid KYC documents (Aadhar, PAN, GST if applicable)
  • Provide accurate contact and business details
  • Agree to follow PacifyKart’s policies

PacifyKart has full right to approve, reject, or suspend any seller.


2. Seller Account & Responsibilities

As a vendor, you agree to:

  • Provide genuine business information
  • Upload accurate product details, pricing, images & descriptions
  • Maintain stock availability at all times
  • Process and ship orders on time
  • Maintain product quality as per listing
  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally

Any misuse or violation may lead to suspension.


3. Product Listing Rules

Sellers must ensure that all products:

  • Are genuine and not counterfeit
  • Do not violate copyrights/trademarks
  • Are legally allowed to be sold in India
  • Have accurate images and specifications
  • Fall under allowed categories of PacifyKart

PacifyKart may delete or modify listings that violate policies.


4. Pricing & Commission

  • Sellers set their own pricing
  • PacifyKart charges a commission on each sale (as per category slab)
  • Commission is auto-deducted before payout
  • Sellers cannot artificially inflate prices

Commission structure is shared during onboarding.


5. Order Processing & Shipping

Sellers must:

  • Ship orders within the defined handling time
  • Use PacifyKart-approved shipping methods (if enabled)
  • Update tracking details promptly

Failure to ship on time may result in penalties or order cancellation.


6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Sellers must accept returns as per PacifyKart Return Policy
  • Refunds will be processed to customers after returned items are inspected
  • Any damaged/wrong item shipped by seller → seller is responsible
  • Repeated complaints may lead to seller suspension

7. Payments & Settlement

  • Payments are released to sellers after successful delivery & return window
  • Settlement cycle: 7–15 working days (customizable)
  • Payouts are transferred to the seller’s registered bank account
  • Sellers are responsible for all GST compliance

8. Intellectual Property

Sellers must ensure they:

  • Have rights to sell listed products
  • Do not use copyrighted images or content without permission
  • Do not violate brand trademarks

Legal actions may be taken in case of violation.


9. Prohibited Products

Sellers are strictly prohibited from selling:

  • Fake or counterfeit products
  • Drugs, illegal items, weapons
  • Adult/explicit material
  • Hazardous goods without certification
  • Anything prohibited under Indian law

10. Suspension & Termination

PacifyKart may suspend or terminate seller accounts for:

  • Policy violations
  • Fraudulent activities
  • Excessive customer complaints
  • Fake product complaints
  • Payment issues

Sellers may also request account closure anytime.


11. Limitation of Liability

PacifyKart is not responsible for:

  • Loss caused by incorrect listings
  • Customer disputes arising from seller negligence
  • Any financial loss due to seller’s operational issues

12. Agreement Updates

PacifyKart may update this agreement anytime.
Continued use of the seller account means you accept updated terms.
