Q1. PacifyKart par seller kaise bane?
Seller banne ke liye aapko Vendor Registration form fill karna hota hai, basic business details deni hoti hain, KYC documents upload karne hote hain, aur verification ke baad aap apne digital products list kar sakte ho.
Q2. Kya seller registration free hai?
Haan, is samay seller registration 100% free hai. Future me paid subscription add ho sakta hai, par existing sellers ko pehle inform kiya jayega.
Q3. Kya mujhe GST number dena zaroori hai?
Agar aap GST applicable category me aate ho, to dena hoga.
Digital products sellers ke liye GST optional hai (jab tak turnover limit cross na ho).

Q4. PacifyKart par kaunse products list kar sakte hain?
Aap sirf digital products list kar sakte hain, jaise:

Q5. Product upload karte time kya rules follow karne hote hain?
Aapko ensure karna hota hai ki:
– Content 100% original ho
– Proper description ho
– High-quality thumbnail use ho
– Correct file format ho (.zip / .pdf / .rar / others)
– Copyright violation na ho
Q6. Kya me apne products ki price khud set kar sakta hoon?
Bilkul! Price pura aapka control me hota hai.
Aap kabhi bhi price change, discount, offer apply kar sakte ho.
3. Commission & Payments
Q7. PacifyKart kitna commission leta hai?
Digital products ke liye sirf 1% commission lagta hai — India ka lowest rate.
Q8. Payment kab milta hai?
Payment delivery confirmation ke baad 7–10 working days me seller ke bank account me transfer hota hai.
Q9. Minimum payout kitna hai?
Minimum payout ₹500 hai.
Iske baad aap settlement request kar sakte ho.
4. Orders, Customers & Support
Q10. Digital product delivery kaise hoti hai?
Jab buyer purchase karta hai, unhe file automatic download link mil jata hai.
Koi shipping charge nahi hota.
Q11. Agar buyer file open nahi kar paye to kya hoga?
Agar file corrupted / incorrect ho, seller ko updated file upload karni hogi.
Refund policy bhi applicable ho sakti hai.
Q12. Kya sellers ko customer support provide karna padta hai?
Agar buyer query karta hai to seller ko reply dena hota hai.
Professional support dene se rating improve hoti hai.
