This Commission Policy applies only to sellers offering digital products on PacifyKart, such as:
- E-books
- Software
- C# Projects / VB.NET Projects
- Digital Templates
- Courses / PDFs
- Creative Assets
- License Keys
- Any downloadable content
1. Commission Rate for Digital Products
PacifyKart charges a flat 1% commission on every successful sale of digital products.
Example:
If your product price = ₹500
Platform commission (1%) = ₹5
Your earning = ₹495
This is one of the lowest commission rates in India for digital marketplaces.
2. Platform Fee
Currently, no additional platform fee is charged for digital products.
(If applicable in future, sellers will be notified in advance.)
3. Payment Gateway Fee
Payment gateway charges apply separately as per PG policies:
Typically 1.5% – 2.9% (+GST) depending on payment method.
4. Settlement Process
Payouts for digital product sales are transferred within:
- 7–10 working days after order completion
- Minimum payout balance: ₹500
5. Refund Handling
Refunds for digital downloads are accepted only when:
- Download file is corrupted
- Wrong file delivered
- Duplicate payment occurred
If refund is processed, commission is reversed automatically.
6. Zero Shipping Cost
Since digital products require no shipping:
✔ No shipping fee
✔ No packaging cost
✔ No courier deduction
Sellers get maximum profit.
7. Price Control
Sellers are free to:
- Set their own product price
- Offer discounts
- Run promotions
- Update price anytime
